The Miraculous Medal Network (MMN) is an independent, story-driven infrastructure designed to document, preserve, and connect the living tradition of the Miraculous Medal across the world. It exists as a continuously evolving archive of real experiences, shaped by individuals, communities, and acts of devotion that unfold across time and place.
At its core, MMN is built on a simple but powerful premise: these stories, often scattered, isolated, and difficult to access, form a collective body of human experience that deserves to be preserved, connected, and made available for wider understanding and transmission. Rather than allowing these accounts to remain fragmented across the internet, MMN brings them into a unified narrative space where they can be responsibly archived and meaningfully shared. This network is not defined by institutional authority, but by the continuity of the stories themselves.

Mission and Foundational Logic
The mission of MMN is to establish a shared narrative infrastructure where stories related to the Miraculous Medal can be collected, preserved, and made available under a clear and consistent framework of use.
A key problem MMN addresses is the absence of a unified authorization system. Stories exist across countless websites, publications, and personal accounts, yet there is no common standard governing how they may be reused, referenced, or shared. As a result, even those who wish to promote and disseminate these stories responsibly often lack the clarity or permission to do so.
MMN introduces a framework in which contributors may choose to make their stories available for broader use under defined conditions. This creates a shared pool of content that can be referenced, cited, and re-distributed across aligned initiatives, without ambiguity or fragmentation.
Content Licensing and Use
All content published within MMN operates under a standardized licensing logic designed to balance openness with responsibility. Unless otherwise specified, content may be referenced and shared with proper attribution, distributed across platforms aligned with the MMN framework, and incorporated into broader narrative or educational contexts.
Where applicable, additional permissions may allow for adaptation or contextual reuse, provided that the integrity of the original story is preserved and attribution is maintained.
Commercial use is not the default assumption. Content within MMN is not intended to be extracted for direct monetization. However, organizations or initiatives that align with the mission of promoting the Miraculous Medal may reference and incorporate such content within their broader activities, provided that the content is not the primary object of monetization, proper attribution to MMN is clearly maintained, and usage remains consistent with the spirit of the network.

Financial Support and Structural Independence
MMN is sustained through voluntary contributions that support its ongoing operation, including infrastructure, research, and contributor coordination. These contributions enable the network to exist and evolve, but they do not define its structure.
All financial support is treated strictly as operational support or, where applicable, as retrospective compensation for previously incurred development and maintenance costs. It is not treated as investment, asset acquisition, or any form of transaction that would grant ownership, governance rights, or influence over the network.
Governance and financial support are structurally separated. No contributor, sponsor, or supporting entity may direct editorial decisions, influence the architecture of the network, or claim authority over its development.

Intellectual Property and Data Integrity
All content, infrastructure, and data within MMN remain under the independent stewardship of the network. Contributions do not transfer ownership of the system, nor do they grant access to internal data structures, contributor identities, or unpublished materials.
The network exists as a steward of shared narratives, not as a marketplace of extractable assets.
Neutrality and Non-Endorsement
MMN operates as a narrative and archival system, not as a representative body. The inclusion of content or the acceptance of support does not imply endorsement of any individual, organization, or viewpoint.
The network preserves stories; it does not validate authority.
Structural Principle
MMN is built on a structural condition that defines its long-term resilience:
Support may sustain the network, participation may expand it, but neither can redefine or control it from outside its own framework.
As such, MMN exists as a system that can be supported by anyone, while remaining independent from external authority and resistant to imposed control.
